Online Payment Instructions

  • Enter your Name.
  • In the Description box, list the type of subscription you are requesting: single issue, one year, or two year. If you are requesting a single issue, please include the issue number for a back issue or “most recent” for the most recently published issue.
  • In the Comments (Optional) box: If this is a gift subscription, enter the address of the person receiving the subscription.
     
    To request a specific back issue from the Blue Light Sale, please list the appropriate volume and issue number. Blue Light purchases without specific issues listed will be chosen by the staff.
  • Enter the Payment Amount — $5/back issue, $12/single issue, $20/one year, $36/two years. For overseas orders, add $7.50/issue; for Canada orders, add $4/issue. Indiana state residents must add 7% sales tax (click to calculate).
  • Enter your credit card number, the expiration date, and the CVC number (the CVC number is a numerical code found on the back of your card. More details here).
  • Enter your name, e-mail address, and billing information.
  • Click “Pay Now.”
