Matthew Nienow is the author of three chapbooks, the most recent of which is The End of the Folded Map (2011).  His writing has appeared or is forthcoming in such venues as Beloit Poetry Journal, Crazyhorse, Narrative, New England Review, Poetry, and in two volumes of the Best New Poets anthology (2007 and 2012).  The recipient of fellowships and awards from the National Endowment for the Arts, the Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference, the Elizabeth George Foundation, and Artist Trust, he lives in Port Townsend, Washington with his wife and their two sons where he is employed as a boat builder and general craftsman.
