Akhim Yuseff Cabey is a Pushcart Prize-winning Black author whose fiction, nonfiction, and poetry has appeared or is forthcoming in Callaloo, the minnesota review, Chattahoochee Review, Passages North, The Sun Magazine, TriQuarterly, and elsewhere. Originally from the Bronx, New York, he lives in Columbus, Ohio, where he teaches writing and mathematics.

Marcus Clayton is a multigenre Afro-Latino writer from South Gate, CA, who holds an MFA in Poetry from CSU Long Beach and is an executive editor for Indicia Literary Journal. He pursues a Ph.D. in Literature and Creative Writing at the University of Southern California. Some published work can be seen in The Oxford Handbook of Punk Rock, [PANK] Magazine, Apogee Journal, and Glass Poetry Press, among many others.

43.2 Sneak Peek: Brother with Rupture by Matthew Gellman
Matthew Gellman’s chapbook, Night Logic, was selected by Denise Duhamel as the winner of Tupelo Press’ 2021 Snowbound Chapbook Award and is forthcoming from Tupelo Press. Matthew’s poems are featured or forthcoming in Poetry Northwest, Narrative, The Common, Ninth Letter, The Missouri Review, Lambda Literary’s Poetry Spotlight, North American Review, and elsewhere. A recipient of a Brooklyn Poets fellowship and an Academy of American Poets prize, he was also awarded the Adroit Journal’s Djanikian Scholarship in 2020, and his manuscript, Beforelight, was a finalist for Tupelo Press’ 2019 Berkshire Prize, for Four Way Books’ 2020 and 2021 Levis Prizes, and for the 2020 Hollis Summers Poetry Prize. Matthew holds an MFA from Columbia University and currently teaches at Skidmore College, The School of Visual Arts, and the Fashion Institute of Technology.

Rushi Vyas is the author of the forthcoming poetry collection When I Reach For Your Pulse (Four Way Books, 2023) which was a two-time finalist for the National Poetry Series in the US, and the co-author of the chapbook Between Us, Not Half a Saint with Rajiv Mohabir (Gasher, May 2021). Originally from the US, he now lives in Ōtepoti Dunedin in Aotearoa, New Zealand, where he is a Ph.D. candidate in Literature at Te Whare Wānanga o Ōtākou / the University of Otago.
